ENTRE DOS LATIDOS
“Entre dos latidos” is a song about the fragile space between breaking and becoming.
Musically, the song blends the darker, atmospheric side of PreSexHeadache with a more intimate and cinematic emotional core. Heavy undertones, haunting textures and vulnerable vocals move around each other like two forces trying to find balance: the weight of what was, and the pulse of what is still alive.
The accompanying video was filmed on the cliffs of Menorca, where wind, sea, stone and movement became part of the song’s language. Sofía’s dance, the dress, the water and the spreading root-like tendrils turn the track into something more than a single release — a visual and emotional ritual of surrender, resistance and rebirth.

ACTINIDIA
“Actinidia” is one of the most intimate songs in the world of PreSexHeadache.
Hidden behind its botanical title lies a deeply personal meaning: Actinidia is the plant family of the kiwi — a quiet symbol of something small, alive and precious, protected by rough skin, carrying softness, seeds and light within.
The song does not explain itself directly. Instead, it moves through images of roots, growth, fragility and endurance. It is about holding on without possessing, protecting without enclosing, and staying present even when distance, silence or life itself becomes difficult.

“Bells of the Broken Season” is a cold and heavy industrial piece about the darker side of a supposedly holy time. Instead of warmth and comfort, the song turns winter into a mechanical pressure chamber — filled with distorted bells, dead light, glitching choirs and a body that can no longer pretend everything is fine.
The single captures the feeling of emotional disconnection in a season built around togetherness. Its bells do not celebrate; they grind, drill and echo through the chest and mind. Heavy, frozen and ritualistic, “Bells of the Broken Season” marks an early glimpse into the darker pulse of PreSexHeadache.
