BEGIN
“Begin” is the third PreSexHeadache album — and a release in every sense of the word.
After the isolation of “ALL FOR ALL” and the recognition of “Prison of Feelings”, this album marks a conscious break from paralysis. It is not about waiting anymore. Not about remaining frozen inside the weight of existence.
“Begin” is movement, emancipation and breath — the moment we stop carrying heaviness as identity and allow lightness to enter the room.
A new chapter. A first step. A refusal to stay still.

PRISON OF FEELINGS
With “Prison of Feelings”, Vera Solina became part of PreSexHeadache — and the project shifted from solitary release into shared perception.
The album gathers emotion, tension and vulnerability, but it is not an escape attempt. It is a moment of recognition: accepting the weight of feeling, the shape of the world, and the strange beauty of everything surrounding us.
Where “ALL FOR ALL” screamed into silence, “Prison of Feelings” listens back.
Two perspectives begin to merge — not to break free from the prison, but to understand its walls.

ALL FOR ALL
Created before Vera Solina became part of the band, “ALL FOR ALL” captures Trash Swallow in a period of personal collapse, pressure and emotional isolation. The songs do not describe specific events directly — instead, they turn private pain into abstraction, noise, repetition and release.
It is the sound of someone throwing everything into the world and hearing only silence return.
Raw, imperfect and deeply personal, “ALL FOR ALL” marks the beginning of PreSexHeadache: not as a polished statement, but as a scream that had nowhere else to go.
